When will my order be processed?
In most cases your order will be processed shortly after purchase and prepared for shipping. If the order arrives after 13 o’clock, it will be shipped the following working day.

Where can I find my tracking number?
You will receive your tracking number by e-mail 1-3 business days after your order.

Our company is located in the beautiful city of São Paulo.

Can I change or cancel my order later?
Within 24 hours it is possible to make subsequent changes to your order. Just write to our support.

Cancellation:
– You should contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
– We cannot cancel an order that is already in transit.

When will my order be delivered?

What happens if the product arrives damaged?
If the product is damaged, you should report the damage to us within 14 days of ordering.

Within this period we will bear the costs for the return shipment and replace the product. In this case you should send us your order number and a photo of the damaged product.

We ask you to report the damage within 24 hours after your order has been delivered. Otherwise we cannot consider the complaint.
